Testing Report

Macro Set: Monk
Key Maps: 21-30 Brewmaster Monk, 21-30 Windwalker Monk

Everything worked as expected, no errors.

Mapped Key: DPS Rotation

For the brewmaster I would remove both Provoke and Disable from this Mapped Key but that is more personal preference than anything. For the Windwalker I would move Fists of Fury to the AOE DPS Rotation.

DONE by removal, since you're right personally I just made it as lazy as you can get made with the taunt included

Mapped Key: AOE DPS Rotation

For the brewmaster this Mapped Key is trying to do two different things. It was fine for me because I was only 28 and didn't have the level 30 talent yet. However, at that point I feel this would be better split into two Mapped Keys: one that does Keg Smash and Breath of Fire, which can be used at the beginning of an AoE fight, and one that does the talents. Either could go to Activate Proc.

DONE and moved Breath of Fire to Activate Proc, thanks for your input!

But I'm interested in this...

I would like to test this setup, I am currently leveling both monks, and mages in different groups. I am about to start leveling dk's aswell.

Well I again am expressing my interest. My current team consists of a warrior, druid, shaman, and mage. All 87 atm.

It will work best if you are already using the "Like a Pro" methodology. It might be a good time to consider updating. However, you could also probably modify this to your setup.

You get a copy of the CLS config file already set up from muhamad ali. You could run the Quick Setup Wizard in that config and test that way. That would be the purest test and what I would do if I were new to ISBoxer.

That is not how I am testing because I want to use my existing Characters Sets, Window Layouts, Click Healing setup, etc. What I do is open two copies of ISBoxer and copy stuff from ali's version to mine via the clipboard. I have to rename his Macro Sets first so they don't conflict with mine but then I just need to change what Characters are assigned to which Macro Sets and Key Maps and redo the Character-level Key Map virtualisation and it just works. It's wonderful

I mention this partly as explanation of why I am unable to test your healer Key Maps. Also, you should know that I don't PvP so I can't speak about how effective or practical my method is in such situations. Anyway, I don't expect you to change things to my way. I just wanted to contribute to the discussion.

I am definitely interested in helping, im currently running into an issue using my old early cata/pre-mop setup.

So im currently in the process of switching to this new "L-A-P" Methodology. I am currently RAF'ing new accounts from level 1, no boosting (to start). This would also help me start quicker due to having pre-built macros, which is where i loose hours on end trying to figure out with new teams.

I will first be leveling 1 Resto 4 DPS Warriors.Then will most likely do a new Alliance Paladin 4 shaman, and then a DK team, but ill be doing this over the course of next month. Once i have leveled 2 new teams i will probably auto boost some toons up to 80, not sure which classes at this time.

Thank-you for your interest guys/gals I have PM'd you a download and project location for it all with instructions as well within the WIKI that pertains to this configuration ONLY, please report back to this thread of anything you find that should be improved and etc... Also if you could update this thread of what level brackets for classes and specs you tested. If you see anything that could be changed that would benefit everyone, please feel free to post a bit of feedback.

I appreciate this, as I'll be happy to incorporate your Healing method into this Configuration as soon as I can and get to work on filling in the Healer Key Maps since I left them blank as a way for a guy to do his own healing however he likes, if he drives with his healer like myself, or uses the Video FX feature within ISBoxer. I been looking to expand into the healing realm with Like a Pro and you have hit the nail on the head.

The bottom line moral to it all is that I'm happy to make it easier for anyone to plugin and play once they download ISBoxer and not flood the IRC with a heap of questions where they could come on there and invite others to their twitch and have a good day rather than taking months to figure out ISBoxer fully.

Once again sir, thank-you for your contribution and help on this. So I'll be getting to work on incorporating your healing like a pro.
