Re: Battlenet Launcher Error #132

Thanks for including the WoW error log. In this case, unfortunately whatever the crash is directly related to had already left the building and is not present in the error log.

We may be able to pick it out of the list of programs you've got running. Grab us some Compatibility diagnostics (formerly "Diagnostics for game crashes") from a running instance of wow.exe -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics

Re: Battlenet Launcher Error #132

It's probably one of the following things:

1) Shut down GameScannerService.exe - Process ID: 2720 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Razer Services\GSS\GameScannerService.exe)

2) Either uninstall (and completely restart your machine), or, if you can, whitelist Inner Space in QQProtect.exe - Process ID: 2708 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Tencent\QQProtect\Bin\QQProtect.exe)

3) Remove the HIGHDPIAWARE flag from the executable by opening up the registry editor (WIN+R), typing in "regedit", navigating to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers, and then removing the entry for World of Warcraft.

Re: Battlenet Launcher Error #132

Try shutting down Astrill openVPN proxy.
Code:
ASOvpnSvc.exe - Process ID: 2356 (C:\Program Files (x86)\Astrill\ASOvpnSvc.exe) [Admin:NO] [x86] [1.3.3.0] [Astrill] [Astrill OpenVPN Service Helper]

It is showing up in the game diagnostics.
Code:
42. C:\Windows\system32\ASProxy64.dll

Re: Battlenet Launcher Error #132

Thanks for all the response.

Still having the 132 error after removing astrill.

Its ok, I can still login individually to the clients. It is probably due to all the junk I have on my machine. I have too many stuff to reinstall the entire rig at the moment.

Thanks again, really appreciate all the help.
