ISBoxer WoW Windows & Closing..

For about the past month or so, every time I either /exit, alt + f4 or actually click my way out to the login screen and exit, the window takes upwards of a minute or so to actually close out. This does NOT happen with an instance of the program launched via the desktop application, ONLY with IS.

I've read similar issues (IE: stuttering/lock ups/etc.) can be caused by the newer nVidia drivers, is this something that could be too? Or is it something else? Just wondering if I need to roll back my driver to something and if so, if anyone knows the last "stable" one that issues didn't arise with and/or if this could be something else?

Thanks in advance! :)

Well, it doesn't happen for everyone, so presumably there's something different on your PC. To help solve this mystery, we need some diagnostics.

#1 get "Diagnostics for game crashes" from a running instance of the game. http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics. You do NOT need to wait until you're closing the game or whatever, you can get this kind of diagnostics from the login screen and it will give us the same info. The diagnostics you can paste here in his thread.

#2 get "Diagnostics for game freezes" from a "stuck" instance of the game, i.e. this one you want to wait until you're closing the game. Send the .dmp file to lax@lavishsoft.com for analysis.

Ok, here's the one for "crashes" - http://pastebin.com/fyCxTbHt (ISBoxer loaded) / http://pastebin.com/pJqBmH0h (B.NET)

As for the "freeze" one you wanted me to email you...I keep getting "Minidump generation failed.". It creates a .dmp file, but it's empty. I attempted to generate it multiple times while it was locked up from exiting and from multiple profiles. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what? :?:

AFAIK/R, the only thing that's different about my PC since I started noticing this is updated video drivers. Why after reading a few posts I came to the conclusion that that may be the cause or maybe some how some IS file got corrupted or something and could use a reinstall.

Again, thanks!

EDIT - I realize I did the "crash" one from the loaded ISBoxer profile, so I added a normal Window of that too. How ever, ISBoxer is stating to do the "freeze" one from an ISBoxer loaded client so that's what I did. Please let me know if I screwed that up. :/

Any of the following processes in this list may be interfering, and you will want to shut them down before testing again (or uninstall the program completely if it's being persistent and refuses to stay shut down, although it's probably fine to leave OneDrive installed as most people have it running without any problems).

The video driver that has been recommended for a few people to use is 359.06 (download at the bottom of the past). Note: I'm pointing to Guru3D because nVidia may eventually stop providing a link for the older driver, and Guru3D is a reputable site and trusted mirror.

Ok, thanks!

Yeah, I actually tried disabling the Google Music Manager for it, since it and the iTunes crap is the only new thing I've installed and/or have running as of recent. I'll try reverting the driver back and see if that changes anything nit picking other stuffs.

Any thoughts why the crash .dmp wouldn't work?

It may not be able to grab a dump from a 64bit process. I've tried it a few times on some 64 bit processes, and they all report failed.
