Re: window 2 won't launch
How are you launching your Character Set? You should be right-clicking on the Inner Space tray icon (the crosshairs next to the clock in the system tray), and then selecting your Character Set from the list. If you are already doing that, then we will need a diagnostic.

i tried that too. anyway heres my diagnostic. http://pastebin.com/nb3ccaT4
Re: window 2 won't launch
Based on the diagnostic, here's what you can try:
1) Update to the development build of Inner Space (right-click on the Inner Space tray icon by the clock in the system tray > Patcher > check the "Download development patches" box > completely restart Inner Space and let it patch up), and then try launching again. (Note: Ensure that there are no hanging processes left behind by a failed launch.)
2) If the above doesn't work, then follow the directions in this post starting at "Playing World of Warcraft?"
In addition, McAffee may be causing a conflict while trying to use Inner Space (including the fixes listed above), so if you've tried the above options, and the Character Set still won't launch, then you will need to completely uninstall (not close or disable, completely uninstall and restart your system) the AV program for testing purposes.
And, finally, if still nothing is launching after that, then we'll need another diagnostic report to look at.
