[WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues

Ok, I'll try and explain the issue I'm having as clearly as possible:

When I launch WoW from Innerspace, I get in-game stuttering. Whether I launch one character or 15, the stuttering is the same (ie, it is no better or worse with 15 clients vice 1 client). When I launch the game manually, there is no stuttering. The only difference I can see between the two is that my CPU load running the Innerspace-launched window is much lower than the manually-launched one.

I've tried virtually every CPU arrangement via ISBoxer with no success--All cores assigned to all clients, no cores assigned, round robin load, etc. None of them fixed the stuttering.

I've also tried all combinations of the 32 bit client, 64 bit client, DX9, and DX11--No success.

I've tried the most recent video drivers, beta drivers, and rolled back a set or two with no success.

CPU throttling is disabled. Here are my system specs:
Asus P9X79 Motherboard
I7 3930K overclocked to 4.2 on water (with all 15 running in a city it still only uses about 30% load and temperatures are in the low-mid 60's).
GeForce GTX 770 4g
16g Corsair RAM

~~~
I'm really at a loss for how to fix this. I'll be checking this post frequently as I'm keen to get this solved :) Thanks in advance!
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
You didn't mention checking your in-game settings (other than the DirectX version), or your WoW Addons. It is possible for all of the game settings, and your Addons, to be different with ISBoxer than without, and that would certainly make a difference if they are. I would try disabling all Addons other than the ISBoxer Addon in order to rule them out, for example.
You can also delete the per-Character Config.WTF files found in your WoW\WTF folder in order to force them all to reset back to the settings currently in Config.WTF.
Other than that I'm not sure the answer will significantly differ from http://isboxer.com/wiki/HOWTO:Tweak_your_framerate
Checked addons, no difference.
I'll try and force them to use the main .WTF and see what happens.
Edit: And I played with in-game settings, no fix.
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
Ok, deleted the virtualized config file and forced it to use the same as the default WoW. No difference in the stuttering.
So, non-ISBoxer launched instance is perfect 60fps. Via ISBoxer, stuttering. What else could be causing this?
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
Ok, I called over a friend to look at the game. After some discussion, whether the game is launched via ISBoxer or from the wow-64.exe it makes no difference. The stuttering looks more like the mouse can only land at particular degree intervals--His explanation, not mine :)
What would cause this?
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
More and more interesting... When I run Fraps and record at 60fps (and my cpu usage runs up to 50%) the stutter disappears. WTF?
Does this only happen when you're using the mouse or keyboard? If that's the case you might have some malware (e.g. keylogger).
Get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Diagnostics. You can also look over the diagnostics, or the list of processes in Windows Task Manager, to see if "stij.exe" is listed, which is the malware that comes to mind. That's not the only one of course, but has come up recently.
I'm gonna run some antivirus software and see what happens
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
I ran Avast and MalwareBytes--I found two malware that I got rid of but that did not fix the stutter problem.
I have been carefully watching Open Hardware Monitor whenever the stutter is there (I've found it's coming off and on, mostly on) and when it's there my CPU usage is down to 5% across all cores. When it's gone, it's at 20-30% usage across all cores.
What could be throttling my CPU? I turned off CPU throttling in windows and I turned off all the power saving features in BIOS. I'm using a P9X79 with a 3930K oc'd to 4.2 My temps never go above 55 degrees.
Re: [WoW + Innerspace] FPS Issues
I have this same issue, im running a trail account (thanks for providing one)
2 Days back i was running it for my first time and all went smooth but now it lags when ever i move the mouse, so basicly what his friend has found out i did too
Right now this is becomming quite unplayable, i can run 2 or multiple screen just fine, sumtimes 1 screen(when running more windows without ISboxer) might have a laggspike but compared to the 1 sec lagspike i everytime i move from using ISboxer its quite unbearable now, is there a light weight version where you dont change my windows but you select what windows to copy the 1234567890-= keys
Because it seems to happen only when i run the profile's in Innerspace
