Unable to launch multiple games from Inner Space.

A couple of months ago, I got the free trial and was not able to get EQ1 to launch. The game is pretty simple so I did not worry overly much about not being able to use ISBoxer.

However, I decided to try to dual box SWTOR and that game does not allow for multiple active accounts on one PC. So, I decided to subscribe for 90 days. Now I officially need help as my limited IT abilities can't seem to find a way through the issue.

It appears that Inner Space is working. The FPS, etc adjust over time.
When I launch SWTOR, i get an error box stating: X - unable to load application configuration.

A couple of things to note. I run Inner Space as an admin program.
I turned off user account control - Windows Vista
The game runs fine when I launch it normally.
I confirmed the address for the exe launcher.
I do not use Zone-Alarm. I do use Spybot. I did not see any active processes though ....

Any assistance would be fantastic. Thank you for your time.

Still no joy using IS Boxer, etc.....

I've never seen this issue. I suspect that some software is installed on your PC that affects Inner Space's compatibility. Diagnostics might help

Also, swtor.com forums have other reports of this error...

Still no joy ... Below is what I've done.

1. Updated Windows with all updates.
2. Ran their error correction program to fix corrupted OS files.
3. Did a clear reboot with no services.
4. Ran the SWTOR launcher repair.

None of the above worked. I was really hoping running with zero services would allow it to work, but I continue to get the same error.

Thanks for pasting the diagnostics, can you try disabling SpeedBit Video Accelerator? This program has caused compatibility issues before

If it is successfully disabled, the following will not appear in follow-up Diagnostics:

Disabling the process did not work. Uninstalling it did work. I'll have a chance to complete the remainder of the start-up tomorrow.
