Mouse and Keyboard Controls

On occasion, I window out to use my web browser, and when I click to get back to my game, my mouse and keyboard are not being recaptured. The only way to get things back is to restart everything. What settings may I have wrong that can cause this?

Simple answer is, none that I know of. If you select a window and bring it to the foreground then it should have keyboard and mouse focus. If that window happens to be one launched by Inner Space/ISBoxer, then it will be able to capture the input (keyboard mouse) and then distribute it to any order windows under Inner Space/ISBoxer control. If you have some other application which is getting in the way of that initial refocus of input (which is a standard windows behaviour), then that will be the issue.
First place to start will be a diagnostic for crashes (despite the fact you are not crashing).

Oh, I am crashing at random moments as well... I pressed the attack button, for example, and boom! insta-crash... Logged back in, and it was fine. There are other triggers as well, but they are a bit random too..
