Fuzzy Graphics

When I use ISBoxer to load my team on my desktop, with 3 screens, the graphics are very grainy. I checked the graphic settings on both accounts and everything is ultra. When I load the games with the BNet app everything is crisp and clear. When I use ISBoxer on my laptop with only 1 screen it looks great. Did I mess up setting up the app somehow on my desktop?

Re: Fuzzy Graphics

Depends on why it is grainy.

Did you copy your profile from your laptop to your desktop and they have mismatched resolutions?
Is the game perhaps running dx9 vs dx11?
Do you have display scaling enabled?

Can you get a "state capture". When the game is loaded via ISBoxer, press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+G, goto the Debug Tab of the ISBoxer Control Panel, hit the Capture State button (which will copy stuff to your clipboard), paste the results back here.

Re: Fuzzy Graphics

First thanks for the quick reply.

I didn't copy anything(that I know of) from my laptop. At first one of the instances was on dx9, changed with no difference in game. If you mean UI Scale, then yes and there is also a render scale.

Here is the State Capture:

---------------------------------------------------------
Session is1: DoT - Heelin-Dalaran - Slot 1
Executable: C:\World of Warcraft\WoW-64.exe
Command line: "C:\World of Warcraft\WoW-64.exe"
Rendering system: Inner Space Direct3D11 Driver
Rendering on \\.\DISPLAY44, Bound to \\.\DISPLAY9
Window: 1920x1080 style 160b0000. Rendering: 1920x1080 - Windowed
FPS: 62.015507 (Foreground)
Mouse: 518,170
Window Layout... (Instant Swap: TRUE)
- Reset Region: 0,0,1920,1080,FALSE,None,FALSE
- Foreground Region: 0,0,1920,1080,FALSE,None,FALSE
- Background Region: SAME AS FOREGROUND REGION
---------------------------------------------------------
Session is2: DoT - Dotin-Dalaran - Slot 2
Executable: C:\World of Warcraft\WoW-64.exe
Command line: "C:\World of Warcraft\WoW-64.exe"
Rendering system: Inner Space Direct3D11 Driver
Rendering on \\.\DISPLAY48, Bound to \\.\DISPLAY5

Mouse: -3670,1060
Window Layout... (Instant Swap: TRUE)
- Reset Region: 0,0,1920,1080,FALSE,None,FALSE

Re: Fuzzy Graphics

Disregard, the render scale fixed it. I pushed it up to 200% and it looks amazing again.
