The easiest way to set up another 5 accounts is to use the Quick Setup Wizard and make a new Character Set with the added 5.

You can also manually add Slots to your Character Set (select your Character Set in the top left, right click "Slots" in bottom left) and add in Characters. Assuming you have done this, you can use the Window Layout Wizard to set up a new Corner style of layout as you have now. If the question is how to make a second column of windows to the right, you will need to manually adjust your Window Layout (select in the top left pane, then click Regions in the bottom left); you would want to scale all of your regions to be thinner (i.e. by the same %) to make room for the second column.
