Sub windows disappearing

I started Innerspace tpday and there were some files updated.
After the update, I started a character set (that was running fine yesterday) and now I am having a problem.
When it loads the character set (5 characters) everything looks good.
When I click on one of the sub windows, one of the other sub windows disappears.
What could be causing this problem?

I have included a screen shot of my monitor.
It should have 5 clients running.

This is part of an issue where wow.exe re-launches as wow-64.exe (64-bit), which is now supported by Inner Space and ISBoxer. (Previously Inner Space just blocked the wow-64.exe.) I will correct the issue ASAP but for the time being you can update your WoW Game Profile to point to wow-64.exe instead of wow.exe -- http://isboxer.com/wiki/Game_Profile

Do you currently have it launching wow.exe directly, or the game launcher?

It was starting with wow.exe, I changed it to start wow-64.exe and it seems to be working now.

I've made a minor update to Inner Space to resolve this problem. People experiencing this issue now should be able to just re-launch Inner Space and let it patch up.
