Eve windows not display corrent

Hi, i made a region of 320x240 on the top left of my screen for my only eve character, i just wanna to play while i am working.
the game do load into that 320x240 as i designed ,but it is not scaled correnctly. it just display top left 320x240 area of the 1024x768 game view.
i would appreciate it very much if anyone can give me some help to fix this,

1. It might help to see your ISBoxer configuration; http://isboxer.com/wiki/Configuration_Sharing
2. EVE might not support this small of a size. You may need to change the game into full screen mode in the in-game settings for this size to work
