Include an application in inactive screen?

Hi there.

Im currently using the trial of isboxer. After some tinkering i have almost gotten it setup right, but i was wondering one thing:
Playing EVE i often run a application for calculating stuff, is it possible to let that application take up one of my 3 inactive screens, so i can flip it to the main window, like i can with instances of EVE?

I guess it's "only" able to switch dx9 stuff, and not application windows?

ISBoxer will only do this with dx9 stuff, that is correct. I understand the desire to include other windows, I'll keep that in mind for the future but don't hold your breath
