Window swapping problem

I use 2 monitors with WoW. Multiboxing 5 accounts. Right justified on one with leaving a hole.

My problem is when I start the client, everything appears to function normally most of the time, but whenever I enter combat, it doesn't swap between the slaves when I click the window. I can always swap back to the main. After I've been out of combat a long time or usually after deaths, I can swap again, but I don't know what is causing the issue.

Whenever the problem occurs, and I click on the other windows, it treats the cursor as if it's in the window and acts normally rather than switching it to be the active screen.

Any ideas?

Without knowing anything about your setup, I'm not sure what you would be activating when in combat to make this happen.

I could imagine an incorrectly configured Window Layout with a dxNothing window and Video FX, placed on top of 4 regions (instead of having those regions Full Screen Stacked) giving you behavior like this. It would be entirely possible for one or more actual scaled-down game windows to be layered under or over the dxNothing window at different times, and the actual windows could look exactly like the Video FX in the dxNothing window in this configuration.

But I guess it would probably help to take a peek at your config.
