Unable to Swap Windows

Been trying to get window swapping to work properly using one the of function keys specifically "F3". However, I have been unable to get it to function with any hot key. I started from scratch and did a quick setup to attempt to get the functionality again. This is for Diablo 3 (Dual), running on Win7 Pro with a single display. Ideally I'd like to have both windows as a stacked full screen(1080P) but I have not had any luck thus far with the default windows..

Yeah, I guess that option needs to be re-worded... because it does sound like it would be what you want, but it's for a slightly different situation. That particular Hotkey is for when you have swapping set to "only when I press the Swap Hotkey" and have already activated some window that isn't in the Active (main) position, and want to bring it there.

Common modifications: Window switching covers this topic for you, the top one ("Rotate windows") is what you're specifically asking for. There's other methods listed as well.
