Can't setup dual screens

So im really new to this, just got isboxer few days ago and got a second screen yesterday. Ive googled how to fix this but still can't figure it out. Played around with the window layout a bunch. Also with the Regions/Slot/Swap Groups. Put the screen boundaries etc for the second screen. But when it launches they bought launch on the primary screen, what am I doing wrong?

Have you re-run the Window Layout Wizard since adding the second screen? If not, do so. The Wizard should detect that you have a second monitor now and offer you Window Layouts based upon that. See also the Window Layout wiki page and included video.

If the Window Layout Wizard is not detecting your second monitor then let us know. I'm not sure of the solution to that but someone will know.
