Windows stacking and not lining up side by side.

Just got the program and Ive set the windows on a single monitor so its side by side. But Both windows stack instead of being side by side. Any suggestions?

Typically this might happen when playing a game with a Launcher, and not closing the launcher between launching game instances. The launcher must be closed so ISBoxer can launch the next character. http://isboxer.com/wiki/Quick_Start_Guide_41#For_a_game_requiring_a_launcher
