Best way to set up use of an item

Hope I am asking in the correct section.
I am trying to think of the best way I can set up use of an item.
I have Findle's Loot-A-Rang (WOW) and this item can loot a nearby corpse for you. has a 3 second cooldown.
I have all keys 1 through = in use so could anyone suggest how I can accomplish setting it up so I can hit a key that will tell my game windows to use this item without having to stop, turn on broadcasting and clicking?
I was thinking a simple shift+3 or 4 would work fine, but I'm not sure how I could do that.

Use the Mapped Key Wizard to set up whatever keys you would like to broadcast using either "Straight Key Broadcast" or "Assist and Broadcast." Alternatively, you can use ISBoxer's Game Helper Section to create a WoW macro that you can tie to a Mapped Key using a Named WoW Macro Action in ISBoxer.

Also, for this particular Mapped Key, I'm assuming that you will want to use Round-Robin, so you you'll need to go into the Mapped Key after it's created, and enable the Round-Robin checkbox for all Actions listed.
