single monitor, dual account question

Hello, new user here. Just wondering is it possible to run 2 wow classic accounts and have the master account use 100% of a single display like single account?

Yes it is. The default layout generator may or may not provide what you are after depending on you rmonitors (although your request seems fairly basic, and there are definitely options that fit that). But you can always setup any custom style layout you want after the initial setup.
