Repeater region autoload?

I've set up a repeater region to cover the pet bars in Rift, but I have to open the IS Boxer UI (shift alt ctrl G) and then manually load the repeater region each time. I feel like I'm missing something simple Can anyone help me out?

Try saving the region as "Auto" which is the default.
If you save it as anything else, you have to manually start it each time.
