Oh and you mentioned something about changing from windowed/windowed fullscreen to Fullscreen and back on all of the windows... well I can tell you doing it on 1 of them also does it on the other(s) like they're not seperate.

edit: I see you have found it. Yep. It will do it on both at the same time if you have broadcasting turned on when you are doing it.

I cant even get it to accept fullscreen it turns back to windowed fullscreen after 15 secs.

Not really. I am familiar with the process, not the implementation. It may do that because it is determining you are in a window. But as you are doing what has been requested, and if it is not correcting your issue, then we should move on, and you get the last piece of info requested.

Ok, try removing this HIDPIAware compatibility setting.
0 C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Diablo III.exe: HIGHDPIAWARE
You can either edit the registry and delete this, or you can locate the exe file, right click, select Properties, then the Compatibility tab, and untick the High DPi Aware option.
If that does not work, then you should shut down any unnecessary programs that are running on your computer. I would start with the Hotkey program, especially the Clipboard Filter Service part of it, as this may be hooking into parts of Windows that are also used by the functions in ISBoxer to shrink the views correctly. Found this occurred with a similar program the other day.
