Eve launch Not Loading After Opening my team

For some reason when i go to launch my "Isboxer Charter sets" for eve online not will show up the launcher dose not appear on my screen. I have gone into the console to find this (https://imgur.com/a/adlbO). I used this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fb8m7OJI_B0&t=486s i worked at first used it once went sleep and then when i came back the next morning it wasnt working at all. I tried everything to fix this and cant seem to i need help
