Is this with Inner Space build 6233?

You appear to be getting a timeout rather than a crash. This is either because the internet traffic is being blocked, or the login process is taking a long time. ISBEL sets a 5 second timeout. If it normally takes your setup longer than that to login, then that will be why. It may not be helping with the 360sd and QQProtect running as they could be doing something to affect the network traffic or block communications.
Do you know which region servers you would be connecting to? This may have an impact.
p.s. removed your login a specific Character, as you have joined another thread on that.

its no help. I
Till last week, its more difficult to login.
from the CCP eve launcher, I can login normally.
I am at east asia. the internet traffic maybe is the big problem.
when the eve launcher for isboxer launch the eve game, can it make more delay/wait the evefile respond (or some other word, maybe the describe is wrong).
Because it seemed caused by the internet traffic.
is it work?
And how to check the region servers?
