This is for EQ1 game-play. Why cannot I swap windows while zoning? If there is a way to do it, could you please direct me to a link I could follow to fix it?

This question has been asked a few times, and there's even an existing thread on the first page of this forum:

Maybe there is something I don't understand or am missing. Ive seen this link to this fix before and tried and tried again, but I still cannot get it to work. Could you please explain it more in detail, or provide a pictorial step by step process?

For each slot in the character set, change the setting for this tick box.


OR

Create yourself a new Window Layout in the Window Layout Wizard (its in the Wizards menu at the top).
And set the highlighted option to True, before choosing your layout in the drop down (and don't choose one which says "existing", as that wont help you).



Once done, export to Inner Space, and launch the games.
If neither option fixes it, then the best thing would probably be to provide a Compatibility Diagnostic.
