EQ client Crash

Hello

I have 3 toon box. Everytime any toon who tries to zone crashes to game screen after spending minutes of AFK at the lag pile in PoK.

Any thoughts? Wondering if there's some memory leak or dumping problem when I am in a video extensive area/zone.

I could search this forum as this problem has been reported previously on a few occasions, but I feel lazy, so, from memory, this is usually caused by

• antivirus
• out of date graphics drivers (although these days it could be current drivers too)
• or some other piece of software you are running which is hooking the game process.

The place to begin is usually a diagnostic for crashes.
