EQ not starting using isboxer

I had no issue until today. However, now when I try to log in I get my login screen. I put in my password. The green play "play" button shows up. I click on it it says playing for a couple seconds, then reverts back to saying play. After a period of time the everquest window just disappears - I never get to the character selection screen. I have successfully launched the game not using isboxer. Right now I am playing my solo toon, but would love to get back to my box set

Thanks to aeular on the chat board this is solved:
http://www.lavishsoft.com/innerspace/archives version 5860 fixed it for me. Simply overwite files and I can now connect.

I wouldn't call this a solution. It is a temporary workaround.

I've just confirmed that InnerSpace build 5885 works with EQ, whether you use launchpad.exe or eqgame.exe (with the patchme parameter). From your description it sounds like you are using the launchpad. You could try using eqgame.exe. I would also try all the standard troubleshooting steps such as updating your video drivers (not using the versions supplied by windows). Diagnostics for game crashes may also shed some light on the issue.

If you get a chance, please try today's development build -- 5890. Right click IS, select Patcher, check "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space and let it patch up. Note that you will need to click "Patch these files" after restarting if you're leaving the "Always patch" option off

The patched files did not fix the issue. I reverted back to build 5860 and am in a working state again. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you troubleshoot.

The hope with the new dev build was that if it didn't work, it would produce a crash report (instead of just disappearing). It sounds like that didn't happen?

As Alge suggested, Diagnostics for game crashes would be helpful in narrowing this down. Your originally pasted Diagnostics are incomplete, as if you're running the game as Administrator but not running ISBoxer Toolkit as Administrator. They are also showing EverQuest.exe (the old launcher before the new Launchpad), as opposed to eqgame.exe (which is what's crashing for you)
