Needing help with optimising keys for Throw Barbs in D3
Hi, I'm having some trouble getting IS Boxer to work exactly the way I need it to, I know exactly what I want it to do but I can't seem to configure all the right settings properly despite going through various tutorials and endless hours on the settings in ISboxer. I was hoping someone could help me with this.
I multibox 4 x Throw Barbs and need help with looting properly and efficiently rather than going through each window and taking forever and characters getting out of sync etc.

I use a 37" HD TV which is working perfectly so far I just kill an elite pack then cycle through each screen with hotkeys 1,2,3,4 and then back to 1 and continue, however I can't seem to get the best settings for this scenario, I always find my characters getting out of sync and picking up random garbage items, I've seen streamers and other youtube videos of people playing it perfectly and would appreciate some help, thankyou.
