Diablo 3 Does Not Launch

Hello,
I have a problem with the installation. I have reinstalled Diablo 3 but nothing helps, could someone help me, I am on the free version for 7 days, and if I do not solve the problem I could not take a subscription.
Thank you in advance?

My problem :
Inner Space has experienced an unrecoverable problem
c:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\x64\Diablo III64.exe failed to load its required DLLs

Yet I have no problem playing Diablo 3

You may want to update to the latest development build... to try it out, right click Inner Space and select Patcher, tick "Download development (test) patches" and then close and restart Inner Space to let it patch up. If that doesn't fix your issue, then we will need to see a compatibility diagnostic.

Trend Micro has been causing issues recently, so I would suggest you start by uninstalling it, restarting your system, and then trying again.

If that doesn't work, then there are a handful of programs that could be interfering (the list scrolls):

If you remove Trend Micro before moving onto shutting down additional processes, then most of those will not be there since they are related to Trend Micro.

I removed Trend, and it works. Now I have to reinstall my antivirus to be protected? Specific setting? or I install and see if it works again?

You will have to:

1) Reinstall it and attempt to whitelist Inner Space (may not actually work)
2) Find a new AV program
3) Bother Lax for a fix
