D3 - "The application encountered an unexpected error"

Hello all,

I'm brand new to ISBoxer and I'm hoping to multibox Diablo 3. I followed a tutorial video I found online, but whenever I try to load my character or character sets, I keep getting the message that "The application encountered an unexpected error." The game has loaded up my 2 characters once, but after about a minute I get the same error message.

Any thoughts or troubleshooting suggestions? I just downloaded ISB and Inner Space last night, and my Windows 10 is up to date.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and thanks in advance for any assistance!

Dave

For further assistance, we will need a diagnostic report.

I will say that I also JUST pushed Inner Space build 6229 live with a lot of compatibility issues fixed. Close and restart Inner Space and make sure it patches up :)

Thank you for the reply! I am running Inner Space 6219. How do I update it?

Here is the diagnostic report: https://pastebin.com/8wG0HEw0

I've never done that before, so hopefully it works and it makes sense to you, since it is gibberish to me. :)

Thanks in advance again!

Lax told you how.

If you need more detail:
Right click the Inner Space icon in the system tray, select Exit, then find the icon on your desktop, and double click it.
Failing that, restart your computer, double click the Inner Space icon.

If it doesn't patch up, then you have probably disabled the auto updates, so you will need to right click the Inner Space icon in the system tray, select Patcher, and tick (its a red dot) the "Always patch at Startup" option, and then do one of the above methods to exit and restart the application.

You also might need to shutdown or remove the Raptr PlaysTV application. It might be the cause of your issues.

Thanks very much, Bob! I tried patching it, but it didn't work until I did a full restart. But now I'm all patched up, and I deleted Raptr and so far so good.

Now I just need to get my resolutions figured out and configure my sound options and I'll give it a go for real.

Thanks again!
