My client freezes about 30% of the time when I'm running IS boxer. When I run diablo 3 in my normal client this doesnt happen. For some reason when I enter a new rift level the entire screen locks and my curser just starts flashing in and out, screen never finishes loading the rift, game crashes. When I log back in and try and re-enter this level the same thing happens. I have to start all over.

Any solutions or recommendations?

The first place to start is monitoring your hardware to make sure it is not being maxed. Seeing as this will include the 4 caches for diablo, then you need to consider disk I/O. If your game is not on an SSD, then this could be it.

Another place would be refreshing/deleting the cache.

Also a diagnostic may be useful, just in case there is something obvious, like an app compatibility setting or similar.
