Wow Will NOT launch

Here's what's going on:
Windows 8 (fully patched)
Wow Client works fine
I"ve multi-boxed using a different client but this was a fresh install from a few months so that client is NOT installed (just mentioning to let you know I'm not a total newb)
Stepped through the Wizard - 3 accounts
When I click on Inner Space - Character Sets > Group
Absolutely Nothing happens.

I can manually launch each client separately so they all will run.
I've used the Defaults on the wizard

We would need to see a compatibility diagnostic.

Normally we like to see the diagnostic on the game or game launcher that is having the issue, hence that directive in the instructions on the WIKI. Getting it on the Toolkit doesn't normally show us whether anything is hooking the thing being launched by InnerSpace. I can declare the Toolkit is compatible.

That all said, you'll end up being directed to shut down the following, and see if it then works. I'd probably start with the MSI OSD apps, and then move onto the Razer stuff, before following up with the remaining items.
Code:

Wow that's a lot to shutdown. how about a refund instead. I didn't expect getting this work to be this difficult and it looks like you're asking me to shut down almost all of my start up apps in a blind shot gun shot here.

You are right, I've listed just about everything that is not Windows, the game, or InnerSpace. There was less to work with than usual as your diagnostic was on the ISBoxer Toolkit, rather than the game (or launcher - whichever is not loading), as per the instructions in the wiki page linked.
Take a tricky problem, break it down to the most basic components, prove it works, then add back the other stuff till it breaks. Finding things that don't play nice together is easier if you start out playing nice.

Alternatively, you could start with the MSI OSD apps first, as things with overlays are the most likely cause of a problem, and follow that up with Razer Synapse (which has caused issues in the past), then it may be quicker than stopping everything.

This is mainly identification to narrow down our field of search. We don't have every make and model of hardware out there to test, and once something has been identified, then it can be picked apart to figure out what needs to be done for compatibility.

Failing all that, if you insist, refunds for InnerSpace are requested via your Lavishsoft.com account, using the Refund button. ISBoxer itself has no cost, so refunds will not be offered for it.

We would like a diagnostic from the game client, not ISBoxer or Inner Space, as bob previously stated:
bob wrote:Normally we like to see the diagnostic on the game or game launcher that is having the issue, hence that directive in the instructions on the WIKI.

Step 3 from the Wiki page:
3) In the Running processes drop-down box, select the game or its launcher (from step 1)...

However, this isn't going to change the fact that you will likely have to shut down processes on your computer to see which one is interfering. It is not uncommon practice to have to do this if you're running programs on your machine that could potentially be causing a conflict. Bob has already suggested two different programs, from his previous post, to eliminate in order to test, but based on your new diagnostic, you have not shut them down.

Please, help us help you, since the quicker this issue is resolved, the quicker you can begin multiboxing.

Here is what your instructions say on the orginal link:
Launch your game as it would normally run, without ISBoxer or Inner Space. If the launcher is what is crashing, open just the launcher.
Otherwise, get past the launcher so that the game window is open.

The first paste bin was run on wow64.exe
The second paste bin was run on Innerspace.exe

So you'll need to tell me exactly which executable you want it run on and how the client should be because your directions read as through the Wow client should be running (PRIOR) to running the diag. That is how I ran it in both situations.

By the way, I wan msconfig and turned off ALL startup apps (which included all the previous suggested items to shut off) and it still did not work.

The first paste was run on ISBoxer, not wow-64.exe. Direct from your first paste:

Modules loaded by ISBoxer Toolkit.exe - Process ID: 10992 (C:\Program Files (x86)\InnerSpace\ISBoxer Toolkit.exe) [Admin:YES] [x86]:

This is exactly why bob, in the reply after that, asked for a paste from the game.

casibal wrote:So you'll need to tell me exactly which executable you want it run on and how the client should be because your directions read as through the Wow client should be running (PRIOR) to running the diag. That is how I ran it in both situations.

It technically doesn't matter whether the game client is running before or after, as you can use the refresh button to refresh the list of processes on the computer (if you start it up after opening the compatibility diagnostic in ISBoxer). So, you're almost there, but you need to select the running process from the World of Warcraft game client.

casibal wrote:By the way, I wan msconfig and turned off ALL startup apps (which included all the previous suggested items to shut off) and it still did not work.

Once we see a proper diagnostic, we can verify all of that.
