Error when Launching:

it will do this 3-4 times per window i'm trying to launch. When the game finally gets loaded, the characters lag. Runs fine when i don't use innerspace to launch.

Chances are you have some software or are using some service which is adding the excessive lag,

e.g. Antivirus, Firewall, Proxy, VPN type things.

For the first two, you may need exclusions, for the later two, don't use them if you can avoid it, or put in some static routes.

You have Windows Vista compatibility mode configured on wow-64.exe. Any Windows Compatibility modes can break Inner Space operation. I would try removing that setting first of all...

So i changed that, no change though. I did notice however, it's only a particular team that gets that error? my 2 man team. my 3 man teams are fine. Suggestions? Remake ?

Is this team using a different Game / Game Profile than the others?

**EDIT: Deleted and Remade, the same way i normaly do. Still gives that same error.

The only thing that strikes me as any between your characters/character sets as different is some characters don't have "Battle.net.config" and "Software/Blizzard Entertainment/Battle.net/" virtualised.

These are:
Arísi-Stormrage
Síoneva-Stormrage
Azynja-Stormrage
Yanava-Stormrage
Syxía-Stormrage

But these characters don't appear to be in any 2 man groups??.

I removed Norton, it was expiring in a few days anyway... and that fixed it, no more error... i'm not sure why it all of a sudden started giving me an error to begin with. I haven't changed nortons settings in almost a year

Cool. I find it weird that Nortons wasn't showing up as a running process in your diagnostic you posted.... weird.
