Diagnostics For World of Warcraft

There is currently a bug with the World of Warcraft client where both the launcher and executable files will force the 64-bit version of the exe file if you're using a 64-bit operating system. In order to get a proper diagnostic report for the purpose of troubleshooting any crashes or other launch issues when using Inner Space, the report from the 32-bit executable is necessary.

If you are able to launch the default profile of the game client through the Inner Space menu, then you should be able to use that client as the target for a diagnostic report.

If you are not able to launch the default profile of the game client through the Inner Space menu, then you will need to do the following in order to obtain a proper report:

1) Go into your WoW directory and DELETE WoW-64.exe
2) Then double-click on WoW.exe to launch the 32-bit client
3) Continue following the steps outlined on the Diagnostics Wiki page

If you need to restore WoW-64.exe afterwards, then either pull it out of your Recycling Bin or delete the WoW.exe file as well and then run the launcher -- It will automatically re-download both exe files and fix you right up.
