Innerspace crash on startup - k95 rgb platinum

Hi, new user here, not sure if this is the correct place to ask?
Can't seem to get inner space (Kernel 1.16 Build 6638) to start without immediately crashing with my keyboard.

The only way I can get inner space started is by unplugging the keyboard.
So far tried:
*Killing iCue and starting without any keyboard software.
*Changing both the default software and hardware profiles on the keyboard so that the G keys map to basic numerical keys (1 to 6) rather than G keys (not sure if this would need to be done to all profiles though, I've just changed it on the main two default hardware and software profiles?)
*Right clicking iCue and running as admin.
*Swapping around usb ports
*reinstalling innerspace
Unfortunately I'd already installed latest Corsair software/firmware a week or so before even attempting to run this software, so not sure if that is able to be rolled back if the firmware is the cause?
Also using a Corsair Scimitar pro for the mouse, and a stream deck, but left them both plugged in the time Innnerspace worked without the k95 - so I'm assuming this is a k95 firmware specific thing?
icue version: 3.21.88
k95 rgb platinum firmware version: 3.21.28
win10home
Any other workarounds I could try? Would changing all 3 onboard memory profiles of the k95 to not use G keys do anything even if I only actually using the first profile make any difference?
