Your hacked version of InnerSpace is being detected and may be causing problems with the legitimate version.
You will need to make sure that the ISBoxer Toolkit is pointing at the legitimate version, and you are loading and using the legitimate version.
Other than that, ensure you are all up to date with Windows Update, and when creating your characters, try selecting the "World of Warcraft Client DirectX11 Legacy" game profile.
Also you may want to remove all the application compatibility flags.
But more specifically the WIN7RTM on WoW.exe and the ELEVATECREATEPROCESS on InnerSpace.exe
