repeater regions

ok i have my regions set up but when i go to click on the spot in account 1 it show it click in account 2 but nothing is happen i have to play with a mouse as am disable so doing hotkey is hard for me on the move and stuff so i have it to click a spell in account 1 and account 2 is suppose to cast the same spell but some how it is not assist the main what am i doing wrong on this
