I assume you're playing POE or D3.
The simplest thing for you to do is probably just to go to File and select Clear (every time I tell someone to do this, they seem to ignore me. either do it because it is step 1 of the easy solution, or inform me that you don't want to clear your profile), and use the Quick Setup Wizard. On the final page of the wizard is a check box that says "Broadcasting starts ON in all windows". Uncheck this box.
You don't HAVE to clear your configuration, you can manually adjust the Toggles Menu, the "Activate Repeat" mapped key in the "Always On" Key Map, and your Repeater Profile if you prefer. But it's easier just to uncheck the box in the wizard.
