broadcast mouse movement stops working

While in broadcast mode, If i try to move my mouse fast, the 2nd client doesn't detect the mouse movement, and usually will not continue turning past 540 degrees (ish) in a circle regardless of how slow i move my mouse. I am playing darkfall unholy wars, and here is my config.
