Only a single window opens

I cannot seem to get more than one window to open. I have gone through the setup wizard and followed the defaults and created a team but once its launched it only opens one Wow instance. I am running two monitors and the default setup looked fine in configuration.

Do you have WoW in Direct3D11 mode? Inner Space currently does not support d3d11, so WoW must be in Direct3D9 mode -- or the first window will look like a normal WoW window, without Inner Space's FPS indicator in the upper left and without the window going into its position in your window layout or having its window title changed.
