Lax I have a question for you..

While this isn't a hugely important issue but I would like to get it resolved if possible. How do I set my windows to stay maximized? Sometimes when I'm alt tabbing to desktop or to internet explorer and go back into the game I have to keep clicking on the maximize button on my windows.. it does this randomly it seems when I'm doing these things? I just want to keep the windows perma maximized so I don't have to keep clicking them maximized over and over.

If you're clicking the maximize button, and you want it to stay like that, then the answer is to remove the Window Layout from your ISBoxer Character Set.

If you have no Window Layout attached to your Character Set, it shouldn't change the maximized state.
