Increase fps / reduse lag

Hi,

I am currently using a gaming notepad / laptop and I struggle a lot with low fps / lag when I multibox. Naturally I don't have the most powerful computer, but I was wondering if there's an easy way to for example reduce the graphics on all toons except my main? The layout I am using is "stacked fullscreen (no swapping, avoid taskbar).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't mind using other layouts and I don't often swap to my other toon(s), but mostly stay on my tank.

Easiest way is just to switch to each instance of the game (you don't mention what that is in your post) and set the graphics settings to low. Generally the virtual files will then ensure those settings are kept.

Capping the foreground and background FPS in each Slot of your Character Set will help as well.
