overlapping slave windows

I am slowly switching my setup to isboxer from my homebrew setup, in my current setup I have my main character on single monitor with a second monitor with 4 slaves. However the two left slave windows extend a few hundred pixels under the right slave windows and the right slave windows extend off screen for a few hundred pixels. The slave viewports are setup for the visible area. The slave minimap and various specific cooldown bars are placed in this area (basically all the stuff I would video fx). This produces a pretty clean UI for the slaves where I can scale things to loop better on the main's screen with video fx (I don't swap windows).

In isboxer, is there a way to keep the level of the windows slave1,3 behind slave2,4? Alternatively have slave 1,3 not 'alwaysOnTop'?

Thanks!

Re: overlapping slave windows

You can change the Always on Top behavior on a per-region basis, in your Window Layout.

1. In the top pane, select your Window Layout.
2. In the bottom left pane, select Regions
3. In the bottom right pane, select each Region and adjust the Always on Top property as desired
