Swaping windows when I use another program

Hey folks. I have things set the way I want it with the exception of one thing. 2 monitors - main has task bar shown, 2nd is full screen. When I click on, for example, firefox to post this, and then minimize it my game windows have swapped. Any idea how to stop that?

Change the Swap option in your Window Layout to something other than "Always", should do it. "Always, for game windows" should not swap windows if you switch to your browser.

Thanks for the quick reply. In my window layout the Swap Hot Character to main region is set for always, for game windows. I assume thats what you meant
