Instant Swap

I've been using an older build for LOTRO. 5245 I think. I was avoiding any updates as everything for me was working perfectly and I didn't see the need for changes. I updated today and everything still works perfectly with one exception. Instant Swap is no longer instant, it takes 3-5 seconds. This is hardly a deal breaker for me but is quite annoying. Is there any way I can fix this... or even easier, revert back to an older build? It would be greatly appreciated.

I had heard another report of this issue specifically with LOTRO. What version of Windows are you on?

Vista home premium. 32 bit.
