two windows active, one inactive?

All right, so essentially, what I'd like to do is have a combo up that includes two accounts that I'm double boxing, and one inactive account for, in this scenario, my bank alt. I want my bank alt to be one of the three screens that pops up with a triple boxing combo, but I don't want it to be affected by broadcasts, etc- is there a simple way to do this?

I have a test build of ISBoxer that makes it easy for you. Close ISBoxer, then download and install this: http://www.lavishsoft.com/downloads/mods/Lavish.ISBoxerSuite.41.8.0412.1.exe (you do not need to uninstall anything, you won't lose your configuration)

After installing, go into the top left pane under Characters, select the one you don't want affected by broadcasts, and in the bottom right pane check "Ignore keyboard/mouse broadcasts sent to this Character". Export after doing so.
