Swapping screens question

HI, I'm new here so hopefully this question doesn't make me sound too stupid...but, I'm using ISBoxer on PAth of Exile with 3 characters. I have my main which is the bigger of the 3 windows. Then I have the other 2 charcters that are just for loot/experience purposes.

How would I set my layout so that when I click on the smaller 2 screens it doesn't make them my main screen. I want the windows to stay where they are and not enlarge when I click on them.
