Hi,

today comes a new update with the Glyph Software. Since then i have the Problem of very slow Games starting issue and Ingame Graphic loading issue.

Can somebody look into it please? At the moment the Game is unpülayable with Isboxer.

AFAIK there are new glyph start file.

Please someone look into it.

Last Time this happened you give out a new update for Innerspace.

What is a "new start file"?

Unfortunately, as far as two of my computers are concerned, nothing has changed with the Glyph client other than just standard updates. There are two people in the Trove forum with unknown issues related to the Glyph Client, but you're the only 3 people so far who are reporting any issues at this time.

Before: GlyphClient.exe
After: GlyphClientApp.exe

I had the Problems, then i changed the Start File in Innerspace, then the New Log In Window Poped Up - the Problems still here.
The Problems begun after the Glyph Update - 4 Hours before i played well.

PS: I dont have the Problems without Isboxer.

I'm pretty sure both of those files have been there for some time, and after testing this just now, they both successfully launch the Glyph Client (GlyphClientApp.exe) for me.

Perhaps we should take a look at a diagnostic from your machine.

Yes, both was there and yes both are starting the client, BUT when u play like me with 7 Acc then the game is uplayable.
But before they startet the client withouth the*app.exe. So the file they wanna start the game has changed.


Have u tried to start AA?
You will have to wait at least 2-3 mins to start one acc.

You know, if it is actually loading, but just really slow, I'd be looking to see what else is happening at the time.
At the very least I'd be inclined to setup excludes on archeage.exe, glyphclient.exe, glyphclientapp.exe,GlyphCrashHandler64.exe, innerspace.exe in my Antivirus, just so it didn't get some crazy ass idea that it should be "live scanning" furiously over the things I actually want to interoperate (I have seen some AV's do this which is why I'd do it).


And while they shouldn't cause any issues, you do have the App Compatibility settings on
Which means the shim will be loading in process unnecessarily, and it is always best to avoid that where possible.

Sorry, i dont understand what i have to do now.

N othing changend on my PC exept the glyph update - before all was perfect - after all is crap only with innerspace / Isboxer - but i love Isboxer. I dont wanna play without.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the long loading times of ArcheAge. ArcheAge launched through Inner Space (as a Character Set), or through Glyph without Inner Space, take the same amount of time (~20-30 seconds).
