Emulated mouse glitch

Posting here because I doubt it's D3 exclusive. I made a 4 corner window layout because I think it will be best for being able to focus on all screens for loot. The emulated mouse cursors are not lining up with the master cursor. The input actually does mimic it, so if I click a menu button the menu opens on all screens even though the slave cursors are not aligned on the buttons. I suck at explaining things so if this doesn't help I have a short video uploading to youtube that I will post here in about 1-2 hours. It's pretty rough as it's my first time using cam studio and it doesn't seem to want to play nice with innerspace, so if anyone has an alternate program to suggest I'd love to hear about it.

Ok, here it is finally. Seems to me I messed up on a setting somewhere.

Re: Emulated mouse glitch

You could try the steps below, they may help...

  1. Expand Repeater Profile in the upper left pane of ISBoxer, select Default under Repeater Profiles.
  2. Select Default in the lower left pane of ISBoxer.
  3. In the lower right pane, try the different options for Cursor Positioning Mode. Make sure to File, Export to test your changes.
It may also be something D3-specific, in which case Lax would need to take a look when he gets a chance.

Gave it a shot but it made no change. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Re: Emulated mouse glitch

It is Diablo 3 specific :)

Try switching the game between windowed and full screen modes. The mouse issues may be different between these modes. (Unfortunately changing this might require a restart)

Re: Emulated mouse glitch

Same thing happens whether or not the windows are in fullscreen, fullscreen-windowed, or windowed modes (in my case at least)

Worth noting that the only 100% accurate repeating I've had so far was with a stacked configuration at the same resolution. If you enable dxnothing and video feeds with passthrough though, the passed clicks will also be off-target

Aye, window mode doesn't change anything for me either. When I have just my two running I have no issues, and strangely enough it works at different resolutions as well as the same. My primary monitor max is 1920x1080 and the secondary is 1600x900. If I remember right it's not supposed to sync at separate resolutions?

Re: Emulated mouse glitch

I run D3 in fullscreen on all slots, with a 4 Corners setup and the cursors line up for me. I have seen them get out of sync a few times when swapping focus off the one broadcasting and going to other windows and mousing around, then going back to the broadcasting one and them moving but being out of sync.

Normally this fixes in just a short time of moving the cursor on the broadcasting/repeating slot. Sometimes though I have to turn broadcasting off then back on to fix it.

Doesn't seem to happen that often, but as I don't have multiple accounts I cannot test actually long periods of gameplay with the setup. I can only test the login screen lol.

Thanks for the feedback on the mouse issue, I'll check it out ASAP

Those are the same aspect ratio, so in theory if you are using the scaling option it should be basically accurate.
