FAQ: I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and now text is fuzzy and unreadable
Alternatively, check for video driver updates?

Re: inner space uplink
Well, from your description it SOUNDS like an issue with the fonts. I know you're playing WoW but I've got nothing else to go on. You have a PC with a graphics card in it and Windows 7, and things look fuzzy. It might help to have a screenshot of what you're talking about so that I can interpret what you're seeing.
I don't know what you're doing with the Uplink window exactly -- assuming you really are talking about the main Inner Space program and not something in the game -- but you can make it look pixellated simply by maximizing the window (e.g. double-click on the title bar). The main Uplink window does not adjust its resolution in that case, so the rendering is simply scaled to fit. If you're intending to leave this window up all of the time then maybe we should talk about that.
As far as the FPS in the corner, you could possibly be making it look fuzzy with your Window Layout. I should be able to either confirm that or rule it out by seeing your configuration. HOWTO: Share your configuration for better support
Assuming you are not distorting the display by scaling the window (related to your Window Layout in this case), it (and any other text Inner Space renders in the Uplink window or game) is a Windows font rendered by Microsoft's D3DX9 library. The only things I can suggest changing are parts of Windows, DirectX, and your video drivers. For example, if you don't have the newest DirectX 9 updates (not just "9.0c" and simply having Windows 7 installed does NOT include all of them), or if your video driver is corrupted (an uninstall followed by an install should fix that), or if the fonts themselves are corrupted (this used to be an issue for some Linux users).

Re: inner space uplink
Your ISBoxer configuration doesn't really matter for this -- it is definitely an issue with the fonts.
Meaning that this paragraph is what I have for you:
Try installing DirectX 9 updates, try uninstalling and reinstalling your video drivers, and beyond that you've got me. It could be related to some Windows Accessibility settings, I guess, like if you have font size set to 150% or something. It's not just the one font, so it's not the font files. It's either a setting in Windows, or an issue with drivers, or DirectX.
