ISBoxer Bug & Request

I think I have stumbled upon another bug in ISBoxer, much like the last one I found.
If you create a new Key Map and change the "Execute a Step when the Hotkey is" to anything other than released (let's say to pressed) and then click on anything else in ISBoxer; it will go back to released. Even if you save it as well.
This is for the actual Key Map and not an individual Mapped Key.

I would also like to make a request to you Lax; it would be great to be able to move Key Maps and Mapped Keys the way that we can move Actions. That is by right-clicking on them and choosing either Move Up or Move Down.
This would make it much easier to create cleaner, more logical and easier to maintain Key Maps and Mapped Keys. It's a cosmetic feature; but at least for me personally it would be a huge improvement.

Also since it can't possibly be said enough, thank you Lax for creating and maintaining this incredible piece of software.

Almost everything -- including Key Maps and Mapped Keys -- can be moved by holding Alt and pressing the Up or Down arrow keys. Enjoy :)
