modified hotkeys not sent

hi, i have setup the basic setup for isboxer. everything works good, except when using modified hotkeys. such as ctrl+number. sometimes it gets broken "unsent" sending the number only.
noticed something not sure if its related or not, when i have the 2 windows opened across 2 monitors, the hotkeys works like a charm, but if the window goes to foreground, nothing except the number.

I'm having the exact same problem. I've reduced my setup down to a single keymap, with a single mapped key. I've got a simple key re-map to set 'Alt-" (alt-hyphen) and it only sends the hyphen. I've tried other modifies and combinations of multiple modifiers, and other base keys like "G"; it always just sends the base key without the modifiers.
